Here we are then, rocking into another Instagram Live, as fast as the digital world can take us all, but this time it is different. This time I am talking to my dear friend, Rich Jones. Rich and his wife, Shan set up Chuckling Goat, the UK’s number 1 producer of probiotic goats milk kefir some years back and he has agreed to be my guest for the latest Insta Live. Rich suffered badly with an intestine disorder and his wonderful wife, Shan literally saved his life with her research into probiotic health and now they distribute kefir around the world. But before this Rich was Welsh grass track motorcycle sidecar champion and, after a slip, he ended up opposite me in a hospital four bedder in Dewi Ward in Glangwili hospital, Carmarthen. We developed a great friendship which we will talk about in the ‘live’ and you can see what it took to survive those dark days and make our names being Mr Second Chances.
